Working Principle
The Earthquake Alert Detector works by using a pendulum mechanism to detect vibrations. When an earthquake or shake occurs, the pendulum swings and makes contact with a metal ring, completing the electrical circuit. This triggers an LED light and/or buzzer to activate, signaling the detection of movement. The system demonstrates how motion can be converted into an electrical response, mimicking how seismic sensors work in real-world earthquake alert systems.
